The Garden Lodge

The Garden Lodge is located in the small town of Kasane, on the Chobe River in Northern Botswana. The lodge is five minutes by boat from the Chobe National Park and approximately eight minutes by vehicle.

Between the lodge and riverfront is a lawn area with shady indigenous trees. Warthog, mongoose, monitor lizard and other small animals are often seen on the lawn. The trees, shrubs and ornamental plants attract a wide variety of birds. 
At night, elephant and hippo can often be seen from the lodge. Please do not be tempted to leave the lodge to get a closer view of these animals!

Accommodation

• The lodge has 8 rooms with teak and Mukwa furniture, and all rooms have a private verandah overlooking the Chobe River. Depending on your preference, beds can be made up as two singles or one king size double.
• Bathrooms are en-suite with spacious showers, and supplied with all the toiletries you need, including a hairdryer. All rooms offer a coffee and tea making facility, a ceiling fan, air-conditioner, Mosquito nets over the beds and mosquito protection in the windows.
