Le Mirage Resort & Spa

Overlooking the highest dunes in the world, Le Mirage Resort & Spa is probably the most unique construction in the Sossus area. It is situated at 21 km from the Sesriem gate to Sossusvlei. This makes it one of the lodges closest to the Sossusvlei and the ideal place to stay when you want to visit the highest dunes in the world!

Le Mirage resort and spa offers very spacious rooms with large beds a mini bar and coffee and tea facilities. The thick rock walls of the building will keep your room nice and cold and protect you from the harsh desert outside. The elegant restaurant serves international cuisine and wines. On most evenings, a 5-course dinner is served.

Our Mystique Spa offers its guests the opportunity to reinvigorate themselves in stress relieving or rejuvenating massages in our Spa. We have a variety of massage rooms, an Ancient massage area and a Jacuzzi. On the treatment menu you will find the popular massages like body or foot massage, but we also offer hot-stone, ancient Thai massage, body wraps, scrubs and so much more.

Accommodation

• 8 Camelthorn Rooms, Located at the centre building, where also the reception is located. Named after the Camelthorn tree next to the building. They consist of Large Beds, Air-conditioning, Safe, Mini Bar and Tea & Coffee facilities. The open bathrooms have a walk-in shower and double sink.
• 19 Oasis Rooms, Located at the large ‘castle’ building with the oasis inside. The pool and spa are also located at the Oasis building. They consist of Large Beds, Air-conditioning, Safe, Mini Bar and Tea & Coffee facilities, private balconies. The open bathrooms have a walk-in shower and double sink.
• 2 Additional Open-air Tower Rooms, Located on top of the two round towers at the oasis building. They consist of Large Beds, Open air toilet and shower. As an add-on, you can also use the bathroom in your main room.
