Kang Ultra Stop
Kang Ultra Lodge Kang Ultra Stop is located in Kang & can be considered a perfect stopover between South Africa and Namibia if you are travelling on the Trans-Kalahari Highway.
The small village of Kang lies 385km from the Lobatse border post and 385km from the border post at Buitepos. This means it is a perfect halfway stop in Botswana. It is 700km from Windhoek and 720km from Johannesburg. Even if you are travelling to the Okavango Delta, Kang is also a great halfway stop for any South African traveler.
Accommodation
- All the rooms are air-conditioned and have DSTv. The accommodation is reasonably priced and you can choose between a double room with a double bed, and a twin room with two single beds. The luxury double rooms have a bath and shower and a small fridge. All these rooms have coffee/ tea facilities.
- There are also budget block rooms available for those travelling on a smaller budget. These rooms have air-conditioning and two single beds, a toilet, a shower, tea/ coffee facilities and a television.
